These products have been designed to weld Constant Voltage fittings in the range 8 ~ 48 volts, 39.5 volts and 79 volts, those normally used for Water distribution networks worldwide.

They come in a range of sizes and styles, from light-weight to heavy-duty, and for pipe sizes from 16mm to 710mm.

They can weld Manual fittings, Fusion Fusamatic fittings, Bar Code fittings, and are approved to weld Radius Easigrip large diameter fittings.

The welding units are designed to meet the UK Water Industry Standard WIS 04-32-08 ‘Specifications for the fusion jointing of polyethylene pressure pipeline systems using PE80 and PE100 materials’.

All welding units and tooling comply with the European Standard ISO12176 (part 2) Equipment For Fusion Jointing Polyethylene Systems.
